BOZ warrants that goods sold are of merchantable quality at the time of purchase unless manufactured in conformance with the Buyer's specifications.
BOZ does not warrant the accuracy or sufficiency of any advice or recommendations given to the buyer in connection with the sale of goods.
BOZ shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any prospective profit or for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of persons, property or equipment, loss of profit or revenue, cost of capital, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims for service interruption.
RETURN OF GOODS
C.O.D. CUSTOMERS: Goods may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
All returns must be unused, in their undamaged, original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All refunds of credit card purchases must be refunded to the original card.
CREDIT CUSTOMERS: Goods may be returned up to 90 days from date of purchase.
All returns must be unused and in their undamaged, original packaging.
Acceptance of returns shall be at the complete discretion of BOZ.
RETURN PICK UP: No goods may be returned to BOZ by way of the BOZ delivery truck without written authorization from BOZ.
NON-STOCK GOODS: Return of non-stock goods will be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee and at the discretion of the manufacturer. Transportation charges are borne by the buyer on all returned Goods.
Specially manufactured goods are non-returnable.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and BOZ shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for the consequences of delay.
DAMAGE AND LOSS
BOZ is not responsible for misuse, improper application, incorrect installation, or misapplication of its goods, intentional or otherwise.
At BOZ Electric Supply Ltd. we value our customer's privacy and their trust in us.
BOZ collects and stores business and personal information, as provided by the customer through our Account Application. This information is for the purposes of establishing and maintaining your customer account.
Details of your account or invoices are not provided to any third party unless expressly stated to do so by our customer. Information collected will never be sold to an outside party.
EXCEPTIONS: We may disclose Personal and Account information if require to do so by law or to protect and defend our rights or property.
All payment documentation provided by the customer is stored in a secure location on premises and not accessible to anyone outside of our accounting department.
Credit card information for customers who continuously pay by a non-present payment method are stored in a secure online vault provided by our processing provider.
No third parties will be allowed to use the customer's account unless the customer expressly states that this is desired.
